Mobile Ticket Information

  • To view your tickets on your mobile device, log into your MY PANTAGES ACCOUNT on your smartphone and click on the VIEW option on the event you wish to view

  • A square QR code will appear which you can then add to Passbook/Wallet or transfer to a friend. The square QR code will be scanned for entry at the theatre.  Viewing your ticket on your smartphone will not affect the barcode of any previously printed ticket for the same event and seat location. NOTE: Original tickets previously added to Passbook/Wallet will need to be manually deleted following a ticket exchange and the new tickets added. This will alleviate confusion during entry.

  • Mobile Tickets may be transfered from patron to patron using your MY PANTAGES account online while using the "Transfer" option

  • If you forget your mobile device, or if it breaks, you may get replacement tickets at the box office free of charge. You will need a valid photo ID

Auto-Renew Program

Enroll in our hassle-free, annual Season Ticket Auto-Renew Program.

This one-time enrollment allows you to be automatically renewed season after season without ever having to think about it again.  Not only will you be renewed automatically, but you will also be included in the first group to access online season seat upgrades. You know you are going to renew, why not make it easy and let us do the work for you!

By enrolling in the Auto-Renew Program you understand and agree to the following:

  • You will be first in line for 2018-2019 Season Seat Upgrades (for more info visit

  • Your credit card information used to enroll will be the same credit card information used to auto-renew and pay your season tickets according to your selected payment plan for the 2018-19 Season and every season thereafter.*

  • If selecting a 4 Payment Plan Enrollment, you will be charged 25% of your total renewal cost on the date of renewal and 3 equal monthly payments.*

  • If selecting a 10 Payment Plan Enrollment, you will be charged 10% of your total renewal cost on the date of renewal and 9 equal monthly payments.*

  • You will be notified via email up to two weeks prior to the season announcement and date of charge. 

  • If you do not wish to renew after you have been charged, you may request a cancellation within 30 days of the date of charge and a full refund will be issued.

  • You may cancel your enrollment at any time without penalty by calling Season Ticket Services at (866) 755-2929.

* Payment plan dates to be determined. Advanced notice regarding first day of renewal will be emailed to you. Total cost to be determined at time of renewal. A one-time $15 will be applied to the 2nd payment of any multi-payment plans selected. An email confirmation will be sent once payment has been processed and including any details regarding your payment plan.
